Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., opened with a hole), please follow the steps below:
1. Report the Damage:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.
2. Provide Proof:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Record a video of the unboxing process, showing the condition of the parcel upon delivery and the damage to the item.
3. Investigation:
- We will investigate the cause of the damage to determine if it was due to the postman, the customer, or our packer.
- If the damage is found to be caused by the postman or the customer, we will not bear the cost and will not accept a return or refund.
- If the damage is found to be due to our packer, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
4. Non-Vacuum Condition:
- Items that are received without vacuum status but are otherwise in good condition will not be eligible for a return or refund.
